1. Payment Agreement

By purchasing our mobile DNA testing services and/or products, the client agrees to our terms, including the non-refundable nature of payments made for scheduling, testing and laboratory processing after test has been performed or kits or supplies have been shipped.

2. Service Finality

  • Testing Services: Once a payment is made and the test has been performed funds are non-refundable.
  • Laboratory Fees: All laboratory processing fees are final once samples are received at the lab.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 5 hours may incur a fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancelations made less than 5 hours prior to the appointment or once testing supplies have been shipped/used are NOT eligible for refunds.

5. Client responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information, attend scheduled appointments, and follow sample collection instructions. Failure to comply will not result in a refund.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • By agreeing to our terms, the client waives the right to dispute charges on the basis of service dissatisfaction after the test is completed or the lab receives the sample.
  • Proof of service, including signed consent forms, digital logs, or communication records, will be provided to the card issuer in case of a chargeback.

7. Acknowledgment of Terms

All clients must sign or electronically agree to this policy before services are rendered. This acknowledgement ensures clear understanding of the payment terms.

8. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of DNA-ME Mobile Labs under extraordinary circumstances.
